     Resnik and Resnik is a local law firm serving all of Connecticut, principally New Haven County, since 1931.  The firm concentrates its practice in the fields of real estate (including conveyancing, leasing, and foreclosures), estate planning, probate, and corporate law.  It serves as a title insurance agent for various title insurance companies.

     Emily Resnik Conn was graduated from Kenyon College in 1985 and Emory University School of Law in 1988. She is admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut and Georgia and in the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. A member of the Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations, she has served in a variety of academic and civic arenas as a volunteer, including Kenyon College (Alumni Association president), Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America, Camp Laurelwood, B'nai Jacob Players, New Haven Jewish Community Center, and National Council of Jewish Women.

    John J. Resnik, a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School, serves as counsel to the firm.  A member of the Bars of the State of Connecticut, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the Supreme Court of the United States, he began the practice of law in 1960.  He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and formerly served as president of the Rotary Club of Woodbridge and as a Selectman and Moderator of the Town Meeting of the Town of Woodbridge.

     Nathan A. Resnik, also a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School, began his practice of law in New Haven  1931 and continued his affiliation with the firm until his death in 1989.
